Samsung’s latest generation of phones come with a new AI photo editing feature called Generative Edit which can take out all the distracting objects and annoying photobombers in the background of your photos with just a few taps.

To drive social buzz and earned coverage in tech and lifestyle media, we launched the One Shot Challenge. Based on the insight that people spend way too much time trying to get the perfect shot (clogging up their photos with dozens of versions of the same pic in the process) which stops them living in the moment and actually enjoying the experience they’re trying to capture. So we created a challenge to limit yourself to a single photo - safe in the knowledge that you can sort out any problems later.

We partnered with professional photographer Tom Craig, famous for his work in Vogue and Vanity Fair, to launch the campaign. Then issued the One Shot Challenge to social creators across Europe.

@shotbysammy_ This has become my go-to for editing photos. I recently took part in Samsung’s One Shot Challenge to show how Generative Edit helps you spend way less time trying to get the “perfect shot” - and way more time actually enjoying what’s happening. I just select what I don’t want and Generative Edit cleans it up in seconds. #SamsungOneShot #SamsungPartner #Ad@SamsungUK ♬ original sound - Sammy Jones
